        &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial,Arial"&gt;&lt;font size="2" face="Arial,Arial"&gt;Operate John Deere 410 J/710J Loader Backhoe , to load dump trucks with dirt, old concrete, asphalt and other loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed stone.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial,Arial"&gt;&lt;font size="2" face="Arial,Arial"&gt;Must be skilled in operation of the backhoe to efficiently load curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways. Must be able to load a truck in 20 minutes or less with the hoe portion of the machine. Must be able grade in conjunction with digging out curb and gutter.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial,Arial"&gt;&lt;font size="2" face="Arial,Arial"&gt;Operate backhoe which digs by pulling bucket toward machine to excavate or move material.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial,Arial"&gt;&lt;font size="2" face="Arial,Arial"&gt;Push levers and depress pedals to move machine, to lower and pull bucket into material and to lift, swing and dump contents of bucket into truck, conveyor, hopper or stockpile.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Expected to keep machine clean and in good working order.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font face="Arial,Arial"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial,Arial"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Requirements:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Must have 5 years experience operating backhoes specifically digging curb and gutter.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Experience operating equipment such as a track loader and bobcat, a plus.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Capable of detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Occasional lifting of weight up to 100 lbs.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
